The Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. 401(k) Savings and Thrift Plan is committed to helping you achieve your retirement goals. Full-time and regularly scheduled part-time employees over age 21 are eligible to participate in the Plan on the first of the month coincident with or following your date of hire. In addition, the company matches 100% of the first 5% of pre-tax dollars you contribute to the Plan. You decide how much and where to invest your contributions.
